Trust & safety

Park Her Up is built so travellers and hosts can transact with confidence. Here's how we keep the marketplace safe.

Every host declares their authority

Hosts must have the legal right or appropriate permission to offer the space they list on Park Her Up. Hosts confirm this when publishing their listing and are responsible for ensuring that their listing details remain accurate and that they continue to have the necessary authority or permission if those details are later changed. We record that declaration with the listing.

Payments stay on Park Her Up

All bookings are paid securely through our platform. We never ask you to pay a host directly, and you should never send money off-platform. Keeping payments on Park Her Up is what makes our refund protections possible.

If a host ever asks you to pay outside Park Her Up, don't — please report it to our team.

Report a listing in one tap

Every listing has a “Report this listing” option. If something looks wrong — a suspected fake listing, misleading photos, an unauthorised space, unsafe conditions, or a request to pay off-platform — tell us and our trust & safety team will review it.

Reports are confidential. The host is never shown who reported them.

What happens after a report

Our team reviews each report. While a listing is under review we may temporarily hide it from search. If we find a listing breaches our standards, we can pause it, restrict the host, and — where a live booking is affected — cancel that booking and fully refund the guest, including the service fee.

If your booking is ever cancelled during a review, it is never a reflection on you: you are refunded in full and encouraged to book another space.

Booking with confidence

Read the listing details, check the access information, and message through the platform. Our cancellation policy explains exactly when you're entitled to a refund.
