Park Her Up is an Australian marketplace that connects people who need storage space (“guests”) with people who have space to offer (“hosts”). We provide the platform and process payments; the storage arrangement itself is between the guest and the host.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Park Her Up.

Bookings are made and paid for through the platform. Prices are shown before you confirm and include a Park Her Up service fee. You agree not to arrange or accept payment outside the platform.

Cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform, post false or misleading listings, list a space you don't own or aren't authorised to list, or use Park Her Up for anything unlawful. We may remove content, pause listings, or restrict accounts that breach these terms.

We may review listings and bookings and take action — including pausing listings, restricting hosts, and cancelling affected bookings with a full guest refund — to protect the marketplace. See our trust & safety overview.

To the extent permitted by law, Park Her Up is not liable for loss or damage arising from the storage arrangement between guest and host. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do, and continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
