Host terms
These additional terms apply when you list a space. They sit alongside our general terms of service.

You must be authorised to list
By publishing a listing, you confirm that you are the owner of the property or space, or that you otherwise have all necessary authority and permission to offer it through Park Her Up. This confirmation continues to apply to the listing if you later edit or update its details. You must ensure that all listing information remains accurate and that you continue to have the necessary authority and permission for the property or space being offered. If you can't verify your authority over a space, we may remove the listing.
Accurate listings
Your listing must accurately describe the space, its access, dimensions, and any conditions. Photos must be of the actual space. Misleading listings may be paused or removed.
Payouts and cancellations
You're paid out through our payment processor after a booking. If you cancel a confirmed booking, or if we cancel it because of a listing or authority issue, the guest is refunded in full and the service fee is borne by you, not the guest.
Trust & safety
We may review your listings and take action to protect guests and the marketplace, including pausing listings, putting your account under review, or suspending it. See our trust & safety overview.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for ensuring the space is safe and lawful to use for storage, and for holding any insurance or permissions you need. Keep payments and communication on the platform.
