We use your information to run the marketplace: to create bookings, process payments and refunds, send booking notifications, support you, and keep the platform safe. We use a payment processor to handle card details — we don't store your full card number.

We share the minimum necessary with hosts and guests to complete a booking (for example, a host sees a guest's name and contact details for a confirmed stay). We use trusted service providers for payments, email, and hosting. We don't sell your personal information.

When you report a listing, we don't reveal your identity to the host. Reports are used by our trust & safety team to keep the marketplace safe.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
